Absolutely amazing
I didnt know what to expect at all, I follow Uncle Rush on IG and Im drawn not only to his positive improvements to his own life, hes still raw which I like, out spoken and passionate but not judgemental. The change in his diet and practicing yoga is inspiring so I wanted to begin making more improvements to my own diet after realizing some of the things Im eating arent working with or for me. This book was amazing, harsh yet honest and educational while inspiring. Not only do I not want another piece of prime rib I was sickened to my stomach learning about the conditions the animals are bread into and slaughtered. We wonder why as a people we encounter such an abundance of health problems. I wont go cold turkey but the transition will be quick in many areas. I took notes on the websites and books and I intend to watch at least on of the horrific videos of the process of the countries meat. I eill not impose but surky recommend this read to everyone.

Don't hesitate to buy this book
My vegetarian husband has loved all of the recipes I've made so far. It truly is a wonderful game-changer in our lives and has added a little normalcy back to the dinner routine since I switched to vegan Keto. Don't hesitate to buy this book. It's absolutely awesome!

You really won't regret buying this audiobook
I was lost before it's release and she seriously made my life and this lifestyle enjoyable. Anyone wanting to eat satiating vegan food - you really won't regret buying this audiobook, but for the keto community, it's a must-have. There is a life beyond bacon and butter.

A lot of trouble to test her recipes
The author has obviously gone to a lot of trouble to test her recipes. Everyone I have tried has worked perfectly. My favorites are the kale chips and seed bread. The recipes are strong on basics, leaving plenty of room for flavor creativity.

Perfect Timing!
I am a new vegan after watching the documentary "What the Health" on vacation a few weeks ago. I quit meat and dairy products instantly! And after 4 days of without meat and dairy I started feeling really good. Since then I have been reading and watching everything I can get my hands on about being a vegan. Russell's book is easy to listen to and filled with lots of info that comes in handy when I need to defend my new way of eating. Also, I like that more of the myths are broken and explained thoroughly. This helps reinforce that I made the right decision, even if nobody in my immediate family seems to agree....

Contains lots of lovely recipes
This cookbook is full of lovely recipes that are straightforward with easy directions. Ingredients are regular things I tend to have on hand rather than obsure, hard-to-find items. It has everything from entrees to staples to desserts. Very happy with this purchase!

Amazing variety of recipes
