I'm ready for this.

Well-categorized lists of recipes. It’s making me want to cook which is unusual since I used to be lazy when it comes to cooking. Plus, I love Lizzie Richards reading voice. Yeap, I’m ready to feast!

One of the few cookbooks I like to consult on.

Yummy-looking plant-based recipes here! There’s not too much processed food used here unlike some famous plant-based diet books in the market.

With 30 recipes.

It has piqued my interest more when I heard the sample 10-day meal plan. There are dessert dishes presented and some smoothies, too. I would be able to stick to this diet without sacrificing the foods I love.

Fine guide

Lots of ideas to apply and get the body you’ve been wanting. It’s one kitchen reference I’ll be consulting from now on. Getting the paperback version would be a smart move!
