Firstly, I want to mention Just how spectacular this voice actress is. The book itself and story was great fun and didn’t dip or have any weird plot holes (baby goat was a littttle bit corny and unrealistic but this isn’t a story to pick at, just enjoy the ride) but was absolutely transformed by the narrators ability to portray both of the main characters with their own distinct style and personality which fully immersed you in the story, as well as all of the supporting characters, to make you feel that you are listening to something fully realised.

The story was sweet, simple and predictable but generally realistic (aside from aforementioned goat plot line LOL), and full of actually interesting and exciting storylines, with fabulous pacing by the author.

This story has been a pleasure to listen to and I really look forward to listening to the other books in the series. I wish more authors would learn this trick, make the first book in a series free, and hook the listeners in to listen to every other book you’ve ever written 🤣🤣❤️ enjoy!!

I loved the story bought to life. Audiobooks are brilliant for busy people, I had been wanting to read/hear this story for awhile and it didn’t disappoint, I was laughing so hard at times n cursing certain characters, can’t wait for the next book in audio to come out :)
