Just what I needed at night
I picked up this audiobook to try something new in order to fall asleep and hopefully stay asleep, and it was great! The writing and narration is soothing and calming. I was able to feel more relaxed which helped me fall asleep faster. I kept it on while I slept and it seems like I slept better too!

So Soothing
I've been struggling with sleep issues for ages, and this audiobook was honestly just what I needed! The narrator's voice is so soothing—perfect for guiding me through the meditations.
