Summary

story was ok
I listened to this as it was a sequel, but it lacked the depth and intensity of its predecessor. it was a nice story and well told. However I found myself drifting off whilst listening.

Loved it as much as the first book
I loved this book as much as I did the first one however what was audible thinking having the same awful female narrator I will never know. They owe Elle Kennedy a massive apology for almost ruining her books!!

Disappointing!
Definitely preferred The Deal. Couldn’t get on with Grace’s character or her voice, maybe that has influenced me!

Brilliant guilty pleasure
Really enjoyed this book, gave us lirs if story, touched lightly on addiction but doesn't down out the happy vibe the story has. Love both characters. Love all the characters in fact. Especially all the banter. 5 out of 5

enjoyed this book
I enjoyed hearing Login and Alices story and also from hearing from characters we have heard about before Garret and Hannah ate still my favorite couple but I'm looking forward to hearing Dean's story

Over hyped in my opinion
i am an 18 year old girl who has always loved reading and in attempt to get back into the habit i decided to give the off campus/briar u series a go. this is because of how much its raved about so i went in with high expectations. The deal was a cute book, nothing special it gave me flashbacks to a few typical wattpad book i would read at 2 am when i was 14. it definitelt didnt fulfil my expectations as i guess i expected more but i know this is simply my preference and understand why other may love it. However the mistake feels like its almost leeching off of the previous book and its characters. there wasnt much character development and so i didnt feel much connection to either of the characters, specifically grace.
