Summary

What awaits those who collect the Runestones of Tritinakh? The Mitherfickers are about to find out!

With Kodai hot on their trail, the best guild this side of Porthos embarks on the ultimate quest. This time pitting them against goblin shamans, ice goddesses, stinky giants, eldritch horrors, and dangerous bugbears.

Yet a far more perplexing fate lurks in real world Tokyo. There, FeeTwix and Sophia join Ryuk’s hunt to discover the truth behind his digital hallucinations. What they learn is a game changer none of them could have seen coming.

Even with this revelation, and the possibility of obtaining the mysterious Runestones, the Mitherfickers will need help if they hold any hope of defeating the Kodai and the Shinigami.

It's time to call in some old friends and bring a legendary gamer out of retirement.

The second installment of Proxima Legends is everything you've come to expect from this fantasy LitRPG series: wild humor, intense action, a gaseous goblin, and a plot that continues to deliver!

Any and all story momentum is ruined by fake adds

Everytime the story picks up the pace, a fake add-read is violently shoved into the listeners ears. All of the stat reading, "Minus Who Cares amount of HP" "CRITICAL HIT" and "LvL up stat reading" is a gigantic detrement to the flow of the audiobook.

An Absolute Gem

Harmon Cooper comes back to the Proxima world to finish the Fantasy Online series. Featuring many Proxima Legends (as the title would suggest) Morning Assassin, Francis Euphoria, Doc, Rocket and of course Quantum Hughes who join forces with Marbles & co to beat the Shinigami. Our favourites are, of course, Hiccup and Snowballs. Our pups are named after these two and it's funny to watch them trying to work out why their names keep being called.

Book four, 'Tokyo' is just great. Written five years after book three, I loved and enjoyed these characters, and I reckon Harmon and Jeff Hays did too.

Top-class storyline and you won't be able to put it down. It is hilarious, fun, sad, and entertaining as only Harmon can do.

The brand new novella at the end of this volume, 'Grifty Must Die', will be adored by many. I'm not giving anything away, but the title tells you (nearly) everything.

Overall, very high-quality writing and storyline, wonderful characterisations, great fun, full of laughs and strong emotions. Excellent!

Glorious and crazy

A fantastic end to the series, featuring lots of Proxima Legends, Morning Assassin, Francis Euphoria, Rocket, Doc and the man himself Quantum Hughes, none of whom come close to out shining the character of Hiccup. Brought to life by the incredible Jeff Hays. The story is full of Harmon Coopers usual craziness and unique characters, builds to a wonderful conclusion and was absolute joy to listen to.
