This narrator was brilliant for the entire 'Demigods of San Francisco' series. It makes perfect sense she's come back to do Daisy's duet!⭐️👏 I do wish they'd made the decision to have this a 'dual pov' audiobook as it's such a dual pov book. It was still amazing, though 😍
Daisy has continued to grow into herself. Zorn and Amber have trained her to be brutal, whip smart, calculated, and decisive!🗡
After Zorn lets her take the lead in a take down of bullies of Mordecai, she soon realises she's stepped back into the ruthless fae's path from 4 years ago at the Demigod summit!👀
He keeps leaving bodies all around the world with a calling card attached, a doves feather. 🪶 Zorn & Daisy realise it's his nickname for her, 'Little Dove'! Once Lexi & Kieran realise the connection, Lexi is furious that Daisy has kept the Fae from them. Until she let's slip, he's threatened all of their lives. She chooses not to tell them they're now also bound by a kiss.🤦🏻♀️ Things get even hairier for Daisy from there!💥
I loved being back in this world. Daisy was always one of my favourite characters. The worldbuilding in this book, especially once we step into the fringe and the Wyld, is spectacular! I felt like I was there with them.🤩 I'm really excited to experience the courts in the next book, but I also dread how Tarian will have to treat her.🥺

A great introduction into Daisy’s world, I love the ‘family’ touch into our well loved demigods & friends without taking away from Daisy’s story. I love that Khristine Vham is back narrating, she’s not only ace but for me really helps to connect back to the original stories and feel like a continuation.
I can’t wait to read more and am impatient to find out what’s next!
