Interesting listen
I was interested in the idea of intermittent fasting, so thought I’d give this a try. It starts with explaining ideas of this and the health benefits, then talks about the different regimes of fasting, including adding, which are not suitable for a particular group of people, for example diabetics, plus ideas to help them work. As an audio, if the voice is irritating I wouldn’t be able to listen, but her voice was lovely, clear and easy to listen to.

Good guide for IF
A good introduction to intermittent fasting and the health benefits.
It explores historical antecedents and current research. It explains the difference between types of IF.
I like the tips on meal plannings and coping mechanisms. By the end of the audiobook, you will be chomping at the bit to try it.

Practical and insightful
I loved the scientific depth and explanation about different fasts and options and the specifics about what type of foods or supplements would not break a fast. Also suggestions on gut health. I really enjoyed the book and the practical application
