Informative

Well researched and cogent arguments. I have very much enjoyed this book and was also terrified by parts of it. Excellent advice which can be explored peacemeal. I think almost everyone would benefit from reading/listening to this book.

I liked the simplicity & the common sense approach. The book has made it is for someone to take up a simple challenge which probably lead to completing more.

Always liked Michael.

Having always been a big fan of Michael, I downloaded this book after his tragic passing. It’s full of easy to implement tips and tricks. My new go to. And extra nice that you can listen to Michael’s voice. He will be much missed

Worth a listen…..

Picked up a few just one things that I an trying. Already practiced some unknowingly but will now improve on. Didn’t make me feel patronised either 👍

Just one thing for your health and wellbeing.

This short audible book is very simple to understand and is based on scientific studies. Lots of useful tips on health & wellbeing that is manageable.
