Definitely need the paperback. I only used audio because I’m an experienced faster with Gin using her other books especially Fast Feast Repeat.

This 28 day start is a great way to begin your fasting journey.

I just wish it had been around when I started 15 months ago.

Don’t hesitate to buy this book if you feel uncertain about where to start.

I intend to buy a couple of paperback editions to give away to anyone who asks me about the hows and whys, and if they are hesitant about IF. That’s how much I am convinced about the IF lifestyle.
