Everyone should read this book
I have become more interested in the nervous system after years of dysregulation and this book provides some practical steps to build your own regulation plan.
It was so easy to read and digest and I truly believe knowledge is power in terms of caring for your nervous system.
Dr Linnea's story from burnout to regulation is remarkable and gives many of with a sensitive nervous system much hope. Some of the greatest minds and trailblazers have sensitive nervous systems. Its time to reclaim our true nature.

Transformative. My life will never be the same again.
This book is essential for anyone who has experienced any kind of trauma, the symptoms of which are likely still living on in the body. You will learn to understand your bodily responses to stressors and how to manage them, in just a few short weeks I can see a difference in how I react to stress, particularly in relationships and at work.

Essential tools and information for healing
This work was a godsend and truly helped me on my healing journey. Understanding more about the nervous system and the different states allowed me to understand my emotional life and myself a lot better. This work is not a one and done but a great way to help you self regulate. I recommend it for anyone who is serious about wanting understand their inner world

SLOW
I've never listened or read such a slow book full of tones of totally unnecessary stuff. 12 hours book with not more than an hour to 2 hours of actually important or to the point information.
Disappointing and just long boring book.
