Wow so relaxing

I needed something to help me sleep and man oh man this was the thing I needed. I LOVE the background music, how chill it is, and it helped me go to sleep every time.

Happy Wife!

I am a very good sleeper and can fall asleep any where and any time but my husband is a different story. He looks at his watch every morning to see his sleep score. I shared a number of the meditations with him and his scores for the 3 nights were better than the scores from the previous night. The meditations were easy to follow and fingers crossed that my husband's listens to more as they worked. Thank you!

Great for falling asleep!

The Guided deep sleep meditations are great for falling asleep. The narrator does a great job, and the background music enhances the effect. I especially liked the progressive muscle relaxation; it helped me so much! Can't recommend this book enough!
