Fantastic explanation about IF
I have been doing IF on and off for the past 6 months. Read few books about it. But this one made it so clear many topics which i wasnt sure if i was doing right.... or if it was the right thing to do it on my journey of losing weight and feel good about myself. Inspired and motived me even more to not give up on IF process.

Considering intermittent fasting? Start here!
Gin covers a huge amount of scientific evidence in a straightforward and enjoyable way. It's a fun read, whilst being incredibly informative and inspiring. It's the perfect intro to intermittent fasting with lots of helpful tips and advice along the way.

Nice story
I will say is a nice book about the struggle of the author to lose weight. I totally tried and took her advice regarding fasting but didn't help and the Facebook group didn't bother to post my posts when I was asking for help. I didn't lose weight this way.

This book will go down in history
Gin Stephens simply explains a life changing strategy. Those of us who follow her advice (there are thousands of us) never look back. We've never felt so good, ailments are miraculously healed by the body, we have boundless energy, and amazing mental clarity. All this and not a penny needs spending on this way of life, conversely we have more time and money.

Very helpful and informative.
I loved this book. It is very easy to read and was very helpful. IF has now become my way of life. It is not a punishment where you diet for a while, lose some weight only to put it all back in a very short time.
I recommend to anyone looking to lose weight or simply to prevent weight gain or overeating.
