How do you make this even better? Continued duet narration by a team of amazing performers. My favorites are all included, Stella Hunter, Jason Clarke, Aaron Shedlock, J. F. Harding each bringing their expertise to their characters and creating a world I gladly fall into. I am looking forward to the conclusion of this series!

We are back in book 2 of the 𝐓𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 & it 👏🏼is👏🏼hawt! As with book 1, I absolutely adored these guys and their girl that brings them to their knees. There was suspenseful moments, there was absolutely spark flying, pants dropping moments & there were spit your drink from your nose moments. That makes for an awesome read if you ask me! The tension, the passion, all of it wrapped up in goodness that is this magnificent writing duo!
And let's talk about 𝑆𝑡𝑒𝑙𝑙𝑎 𝐻𝑢𝑛𝑡𝑒𝑟, 𝐽𝑎𝑠𝑜𝑛 𝐶𝑙𝑎𝑟𝑘𝑒, 𝐽.𝐹. 𝐻𝑎𝑟𝑑𝑖𝑛𝑔 & 𝐴𝑎𝑟𝑜𝑛 𝑆ℎ𝑒𝑑𝑙𝑜𝑐𝑘. Those four can absolutely narrate a book! They put their whole selves into each & every moment within the story line. It is intense! You can literally 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡 their emotions rolling from the book! I loved listening to them in every way!
If you like suspenseful moments, hawt as fire romance, laugh out loud scenes & characters that absolutely live rent free, definitely grab this series! This picks up right were book 1 left off, so don't read it as a standalone.

As with the first book, the narration is just spot on. Stella kills it with her performance of River. She's really just letting us eavesdrop on her unexpected journey of self discovery while trying to solve the biggest mystery of her past. JF, Jason and Aaron...Oh My! These narrators know how to bring on the fire. I am so invested in Bishop and Cross's dynamic (I think Meg and Kim may be trying to kill us with these 2 ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥), and Walker is just so easy to love.
The first cliffy surprised me, but I'm here for this one because I know book 3 is going to start off with a bang!!!

I absolutely love Kim and Meg's books and when you make them into an audiobook with this cast, you can't help but become obsessed with them. I was pulled in from the first chapter and couldn't wait to see what was going to happen next. I am loving the chemistry between River, Walker, Daniel, and Bishop. I loved getting all of their points of views throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.
The book ended with a great cliffhanger that left me begging for more. I can't wait for the next book in the series Deadly Debt to be released on October 9, 2023, so I can get more of their story.
Stella, Jason, Aaron, and J.F. did an amazing job on the narration. They really know how to bring a story to life. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.
I would highly recommend this series if you like dark romances, cowboy romances, mafia romances, or why choose romances.

We pick up where we left off at the end of SINNER’S SECRET and it just gets hotter and hotter. We get to dabble in a little in voyeurism and exhibitionism and talks about how these four can make things work. Let me tell you these spicy scenes will have your palms damp and the drool dribbling down your chin. Phewy did someone turn up the heat in here?!!
But alongside this deliciousness, we get an action-packed plot and poor Walker receives the brunt of it. I kind of just want to wrap him up and hug him tight and keep him away from the baddies! Sh!t is getting serious now. More secrets, more half-truths, more bad guys, and throw in a double-crossing douche, and you won’t want to put it down. Once again, I smashed through it in 24 hours. I just didn’t want to stop listening.
Stella, oh Stella, you can do no wrong! You are giving us all the indecision, confusion, lust, and emotions. Loved your performance. Jason gets to flex his accent work a little more in this one, and I was here for it. Aaron is such a swoony Walker with the perfect drawl. And J.F. helps uncover another couple of layers of Stirling. This cast is smashing the narration in this series, and it is absolute perfection in duet. This book is a must-listen!
But man, Book 3 better be coming quickly, I need to know how this ends!!!
Downright dirty cowboys, yes please and thank you!

"Corruptor's Claim" is an auditory masterpiece that is sure to set your earbuds on fire! Meg Anne and K Loraine have crafted a gripping follow up, brought to life via duet narration by a stellar cast of narrators who are truly at the top of their game. The powerhouse duo of K. Loraine and Meg Anne, along with the exceptional voice talents of Stella Hunter, Jason Clarke, Aaron Shedlock, and J.F. Harding, have created an auditory masterpiece that deserves nothing less than five stars.
Stella Hunter's portrayal of River Adams is nothing short of perfection, capturing the essence of the character flawlessly. Jason Clarke's performance as Daniel "Cross" Cross with his iconic signature growl adds a layer of intensity that is unforgettable. Aaron Shedlock's smooth, delicious southern twang as Walker Cross is a treat for the ears, and JF Harding's masterful rendition of the mysterious Stirling Bishop is simply exhilarating.
The story itself is a rollercoaster of emotions, filled with suspense, grit, and sizzling tension. Walker's confession of his love for River, sets the stage for a complex and enthralling plot. The tension between the characters and the threat of the Russian Bratva keep you on the edge of your seat.
K. & Meg, have created a world that is both red-hot and gritty, with characters that are loaded with depth and angst. Together they have skillfully created a world filled with complex characters and a narrative that explores themes of trust, loyalty, and love. The story's exploration of identity and the hidden truths lurking beneath the surface is both thought-provoking and emotionally resonant.
This is a siren's call that draws you into its depths, and the multi-cast performance turns it into a symphony of unparalleled brilliance. If you crave a narrative that will ensnare your soul from the very first and keeps you hooked from start to finish, with characters you'll love and love to hate, then you will love this book and series. It's five stars all the way!

The authors amaze me with how they blend together humour, spice and emotions and leave us panting and going WTF with their cliffhanger endings that leave me wishing for more right now, Damn it! and sigh I have to wait for the next instalment. When I’m asking myself, how can I wait 🥹, then I remember these ladies always deliver all they can in the end and I’m loving the journey there!
So much more is revealed in this book. Emotions are high and the heat is exponentially higher. Hells bells the boys are talking about sharing River if it’s what will keep her happy. Can I wave my flag here and say choose me boys☺️
I’m always amazed and blown away by the narration in any audio book done by these gals. The choice of narrators is always amazing. Making a gal want to crawl inside the book and be a character (or the main female character 🤪) Makes me want a ride ‘em cowboy or three all of my own. Swoon *
There were some heartbreaking moments that left me in tears but I also know that Kim and Meg Anne will show us a way where River can be saved. It’s just so hard to wait for the next book to see if everyone is okay and will they save their girl.
Cowboys plural! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

It starts with a bang, the same bang that ended the previous book: all this time, River has been married to Cross. Unknowingly. Of course it puts a damper on Walker and Bishop pursuing her. But it also affects her relationship with Cross. At the moment, they pretend they hate each other–when in fact they’re keeping each other at arm’s length, afraid of hurting or being hurt. This new development forces them into a long overdue conversation.
But not right away. Honesty isn’t in the cards for any of them at first. But this is the book of confessions. Of secrets being revealed. Be it the business side of the Cross ranch, or feelings, River discovers a lot of things, and the reader a few too.
This is also the book of sharing. River admitted to herself that she was attracted to–and had some fun times with–the three men in her life in the previous book. Now it’s time for them to acknowledge that they won’t be able to keep her to themselves. This part was interesting. None of them are even remotely put off by sharing their woman, sometimes at the same time. They recognize the sacrifices they’re willing to make to have her, and consider her needs and wants. That may be when the love story takes off. It isn’t just lust after all.
As for the suspense side of the story, a lot happens too. The big villain launches an attack and it isn’t pretty. We see some connections between past and present. And it ends the book on another intense cliffhanger.
There’s still some humor in there, with Walker written as the comic relief. It adds some levity to a pretty heavy story. The spice helps too–it isn’t just the weather that makes it hot in here.
The narration is still great. I especially enjoyed how Cross’s narrator made the difference between young Cross and older Cross. There are way more characters–and some not so secondary–than there are narrators, and it can become confusing at times. I can’t wait for the next book.
The plot thickens
