Much needed sleep assistance and ideas
For years, I have found a restful night's sleep elusive. While OTC medications and pills can help, I am always looking for a more natural method to improve my sleep. In this audiobook, the author lays out so many good ideas and suggestions for improving sleep that its possible to enact the ideas both immediately and over time to see what will help.
The chapters I found most useful for me covered topics such as nutrition, exercise and especially natural remedies. These suggestions can be implemented easily, and some immediately. I learned that just by altering my workouts and cardio to different times of the day could really help my sleep. If you or a loved one suffer from insomnia, or even have trouble with occasional sleeplessness, this book could really be helpful.

Helped me better understand my own sleep issues
