Great tools

Great audio for self regulation and the biggest win for me from listening was around emotional regulation and how to help our son. We have struggled as parents with emotional regulation, largely because we didn't really know how to do it ourselves but this audio gave us the self awareness and tools to understand for ourselves but also in aiding our sons development. Well narrated and flows really well.
