As a home health aide Rachel has cared for seniors on their health journey. She has written these books because she realizes the need for caretaking the vitality of seniors' wellness so they can continue to be independent and strong. Leslie has proven that people can feel better in their bodies as they age, through dedication to their goals. She has a morning workout practice that she adheres to, swims in the pool daily and has healthy eating habits such as intermittent fasting that help the body stay in optimal shape. This mother and daughter duo are passionate about sharing the beneficial exercises of Wall Pilates, Chair Yoga, Strength Training and the Tibetan Rites.
