The story revolves around Swara who has just gone through a breakup. She decides to change job and city to come out from her bitter past. In the train she meets with a stranger named Ranveer. Their conversation starts with small talk and turns into friendship. In a span of 28 hours, both share their personal stories with great ease. They also end up celebrating the new year together. After getting down from the train, she gets a shock after seeing his visiting card.
