Posting a "certain type" of pictures online is never a good idea. Especially when you’re the star player of your college football team. But I did it anyway. Never did I think that by posting my pictures online that I would find someone that I would actually be interested in. But I did. I saw her pictures, she commented on mine and the conversations were nonstop. She was the girl of my dreams and I wanted to meet her. Who knew that the girl of my dreams was the shy girl that sat next to me all semester.

She was a Cartel Princess. I was a soldier. A helping hand. A life that didn’t matter. None of that stopped me from falling in love with her the first time I laid eyes on her. This Cartel Princess was everything to me. And I was able to show her, but only in secret.

From the age of three, I was obsessed with tutus, leotards, pointe shoes and everything that dancing had to offer. After years of hard work, sweat and tears, I finally was able to make the dreams of the little girl in me come true. Years later, I'm dancing for one of the most respected companies in the world, leaving out a dream and living the best life that I could have ever imagined. Everything was going according to how I'd mapped it out. Except . . .I hadn't mapped out two little blue lines skating into my life after a one-night stand.
