Joining us in the Audible Studios to talk about playing the role of Drumknott in Terry Pratchett’s Unseen Academicals is British writer, illustrator and dramatist Stephen Briggs. The writer and illustrator behind many of Terry Pratchett’s Discworld subsidiary works and merchandise, Stephen Briggs, who also classes himself as a ‘civil servant who dabbles in amateur dramatics’, has provided the voices and narration of Discworld and its characters in more than 20 audiobook recordings both in the UK and in the US.

Joining us in the Audible Studios to talk about playing the role of Mrs Hubbard in Murder on the Orient Express is lauded British actress Jane Asher. A key figure of the 1960s, Asher has worked extensively across TV, film and stage throughout her career, starting from childhood. Her most notable roles include Annie in Alfie, Angel Samson in the 2001 revival of Crossroads and Celia Ryder in the 1981 television version of Brideshead Revisited. Aside from acting, Asher is an accomplished entrepreneur, having published dozens of cake books and set up the Jane Asher Party Cakes shop in Chelsea.

With her debut novel, The Arrangement, Canadian-born Sonya Lalli visits the Audible Studios to talk of all things love, culture and arranged marriages. Now based in London, Sonya is a part-time journalist for legal magazine Global Competition Review and author of The Arrangement, an East-meets-West tale of cultural expectations and modern society that gives a refreshing insight into an all too familiar tale.

Joining us in the Audible Studios to discuss her latest book, Impossible Things Before Breakfast, is award-winning actress, writer and comedian Rebecca Front. Known for her work in both television and radio, including comedies such as The Thick of It, Nighty Night and The Day Today and dramas such as Lewis, War and Peace and Death Comes to Pemberley, Rebecca Front follows on from her 2014 book, Curious: True Stories and Loose Connections, with another collection of personal essays in Impossible Things Before Breakfast.

When Coronavirus and lockdown hit, Tracini began making videos documenting his journey with Borderline Personality Disorder. Using comedy to portray the difficulties he suffers has enabled him to reach a wide audience with his message. And the main issue he addressed? How to not kill himself. Suicidal thoughts are something Tracini lives with every day, and so, on to the next way of ensuring he stays alive: write a book about it!

Epic fantasy writer and New York Times best seller Brandon Sanderson joined us in the Audible Studios to discuss Oathbringer, the third book in his Stormlight Archive, and he revealed his process for getting his books just right. Brandon also spoke about how others can sometimes discover that they're writing in the wrong genre and told us about the books he has unpublished.

Celebrated for being the ‘Nora Ephron’ of the millennial generation, Dolly Alderton joined us for a chat about female friendships, recording her audiobook, and revealed who she’d like to play her in a film.

Joining us at Audible Studios is award winning comedian, presenter, actor and author Russell Kane, who has just released his book, The Son of a Silverback. No stranger to writing, Pattison's newest book is a memoir-meets-self-help title, The Secret to Happy. In it, she bares all with her now trademark honesty, candour and mission towards kindness. We caught up with Vicky Pattison to chat about how she manages her mental health, her break out of both reality TV and her comfort zone, and she told us her most valuable tips from her therapists.
