Most likely, the best dog book you will ever read
I have read more than 25 books about dogs. Zak’s book includes the most recent findings about how dogs think and presents exercises and methodologies that respect these findings. Also, you can feel Zak’s energy and dedication which is a great motivation. Just buy it!

Really Useful
Have only listened to the book once through but I will defin8telynlisten again to go. over specific bits that I need. I love Zaks approach to dog training and so far my 11 week old puppies are responding well.

This is American so I would urge owners in the UK to ignore the advice on early neutering. other than that, highly recommend.

Excellent advice
Wise words, especially for those introducing a puppy to his new home. Zak explains in clear steps how to train your puppy with respect and kindness, in fun ways which will help build a strong and loving bond with your dog. Bringing our new Cavalier puppy home tomorrow and can’t wait to get started!
