I love Claire Corbetts narration so stuck with it for that, the story was a bit naff, I honestly thought & hoped that Janie & Mike were going to get together. I don’t think i would recommend unless you like listening to Claire .

What made the experience of listening to Wrapped Up In You the most enjoyable?

Clare Corbett....her voice is full of enthusiasm & keeps you interested. Her accents are great too.

What other book might you compare Wrapped Up In You to, and why?

It's really not like anything I've heard before, a lot of the story is based in another county which is unusual, but it makes a refreshing change.

Which scene did you most enjoy?

I loved the scenes with Janie & Dominic when they return to the uk, Dominic who is an African Masai Warrior coming to a small UK village is interesting!

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I couldn't stop with it, every opportunity to have my headphones on I did!

A refreshing change to the Christmas genre, recommended!

The story was quite straight forward.... no surprises really! I thought all in all that was the most boring book I listened to or read in a long time. I usually like Carole's books but with this one I was quite disappointed and can't recommend spending any money on. Sorry!

Started reasonably well and it is an interesting change to go to Africa however the constant referring to 'my lover' just made me feel squeamish.
I will try to listen to the last 35 minutes but not sure I can force myself.
I have had quite a lot of very enjoyable Carol Matthews stories before but this may be the last.
