Restored my faith in love

This book gave me butterflies, made me giggle and gifted me tears of happiness. What a brilliant story! I loved the forbidden love trope and how every day they loved each other more until they couldn't stay away. Their love was strong and genuine and despite both having personal issues and insecurities they pushed through. Beautiful character development. I honestly want this kind of love for myself. Best love story ever. And the narrators were perfect.

I really loved this and so happy it was included for free with my subscription .narrators where perfect. a bit of a slow burn but that was ok, i still enjoyed the build up. spice was on point once it hits after 50% mark. the hero was swoonworthy and possessive and the heroine was independent and smart. I will definitely be listening to this author again

Such an emotional, heartwarming love story

I've been meaning to read this author's books for the past year, and after reading this, I can't believe I waited so long. This book was amazing! I went into this completely blind. It's included in Audible Plus, I just dived in and it was a fantastic experience.

This is a brother's best friend, roommates to lovers story between 2 broken people who find healing in each other.

I love the dynamic between Aria and Grayson. even though she's his best friend's little sister who he's known since she was a teenager, They have a strong friendship that's a good foundation for their relationship. and they've also got the sahared experience of being parentless. He doesn't treat her like a kid. He respects her opinions and helps her build her confidence. They both have insecurities that show up at different times, and they're always there to raise the other person up when they need it. Their chemistry was off the charts. I loved their journey from friends to lovers. They have such great banter as well. I loved the brother (Noah)'s reaction to finding out about their relationship. It just cemented how close of a family they are, the three of them.

The last 2 hours of the book was so eventuful. i did not see those twist coming and i enjoyed it. it was thrilling and emotional and I was close to tears several times.

I also really enjoyed the narration. I've listened to both narrators before, and they did a great job bringing the characters to life. this was done in dual style and they did a really good job voicing the characters of the opposite gender.

This is a great story if you're looking forsomething that leans towards fanatsy and fairytale (in terms of how realistic it is).

An all time favorite

Second time listening to this book and just can’t express how much I love it. The story is so well written and even though some actions are a bit red flag every now and again ms Maura resolves it in an expertly manner that washes the red right out. The main characters are so believable and their story feels so relatable too. Both laughs, tears and tension is brought to the table and it’s hard to put the book down and one of the few books I felt like listening to a second time without skipping ahead or getting bored.

And let me just say… CJ and Teddy narrated the hell out of this book and makes a beautiful fictional couple. They bring the writing to life so beautifully and they’re also a big contributor to my love for this story. Give it a listen, you won’t regret it.
