Helping Me Transform My Life

Many Benefits

This was an eye opener. I self taught many of these points in the audio book but what I loved most about this was the deep dive into understanding habits and techniques on how to stack habits. This was interesting because it can be very hard to feel the motivation to do something which this covers as well. Not only does this explain the points of transforming your life but also illustrates how to do these tasks. Adding small tasks on ton of daily habits is crucial
