The most enticing part was the useful advice. It wasn’t about preaching positivity or hopelessness. Instead, it equipped me with techniques I could apply daily. For instance, I’ve begun establishing boundaries regarding "problem-solving" and just letting go. It sounds easy, but it has transformed my mental health.
I also liked the section on dealing with relationships. I don’t overreact to every word or action of others, which has strengthened my relationships with my partner and friends.
This is not one of those books you just sit down and put away. I’ve returned to it whenever I need a reminder or push, and I’m actually getting better at it. Whether you’re a superthinker or are simply buried in a fog of stress, this book serves as a gentle reminder to move forward.
