Summary
From best-selling author Kristy Marie comes The Sculptor, a steamy, second-chance, forbidden romance full of angsty tension and devastating secrets.
Dr. Duke Potter is no hero.
Nor am I some damsel that needs saving—if that’s what we’re calling it.
But that’s exactly what Duke thinks he did when he found me on the arm of a short-tempered congressman, arranged to be married.
I should have told him the truth.
The real reason behind my involvement with the congressman.
I shouldn’t have danced in his arms and reminisced about the time when we ran away together.
But I most definitely shouldn’t have chugged that last drink and said, “I do,” marrying my childhood love.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time Duke and I have caused a scandal.
This time, though, we have more than just our reputations on the line.
Duke will never let me go.
There is no annulment in our future.
Only the consequences of the devastating secret I’ve kept from our past.
The Sculptor is the next installment of the Potter brothers and features the youngest Potter brother, Duke. It is a full-length audiobook, and features crossover characters from The Potter and The Refiner.

Duke and Ramsey!
Duke has only loved one woman in his life and even though they were long that didn’t diminish the feelings they had for each other. He was devastated when they were torn apart and has been unwilling to let anyone else break through his walls until nearly two decades later fate brings them together once again, but he isn’t about to lose her a second time.
Ramsey is on a mission to right the wrongs of the past and she can’t afford to be distracted by Duke. He may be her first and only love but she has a bigger plan however she hadn’t counted on how persistent and determined he could be when it came to her.
Duke and Ramsey take us on an emotional ride that is at times heartbreaking and at times inspiring. Despite everything they have been through while they were apart they have always belonged together and seeing them find their way back to each other is an experience you don’t want to miss. The narrators managed to portray the enduring love that this couple shared through every word they said and every action they took.

This one had me in bits.
If you think this book is emotionally impactful when reading it.. you want to listen.
I CRIED RIVERS.
A OCEAN.
Seriously. My eye balls hurt from the endless tears. I'm pretty sure my family thought I was having a breakdown. It's why it took my minute to listen. Because I needed to read it AGAIN. And then mentally prepare myself for the roller-coaster that is their story.
My feelings are no different from my original review or the feelings I had reading it, the second and, third time. Ramsey and Duke's book is made to break you, then piece you back together little by little, page by page until the hope blossoms into something so heartbreakingly beautiful.
Their journey is one I wish I could read for the first time all over again. To experience the heightened emotions. To live through the many heart wrenching lows and hopeful heart bursting highs.
Listening to their journey made the reading experience different. It felt tangible. It hit close to home but what a freaking journey. Heather and Connor once again did a fantastic job narrating Ramsey and Duke's journey and bringing Kristy's story to life if a different way to reading it.
It was honestly so freaking good!. Now I'm even more desperate to get my hands of Remmy's story. I NEED IT.
Oh, sweet baby.
I was not ready for the emotional rollercoaster that was Duke and Ramsey.
They are EVERYTHING and then some.
Duke appears to be the fun younger brother. The one with all the jokes and sweet.
Except he's not just that. This man has a past with some hefty baggage that haunts him. Duke is everything. He's sweet, he's supportive, he loves hard, and he doesn't forget a damn thing.
Ramsey, oh this woman wrecked me. She's strong, she's sweet and she's resilient beyond belief but good lord she just kept getting delt the hard blows and taking them. Determined would be an understatement. I loved everything there was to love about her, and then some.
They have history that goes beyond the typical second chance romance. They are it for each other. The perfect storm, their reason to breath and they took my breath away.
The tension, the trauma ... every part of them literally consumed me whole, for hours. I was beyond invested. I lived for the bickering, the banter and the burning tensions that crackled between then.
I craved for answers of the hundreds of questions I had, and then almost wished it wasn't so when I got them. It truly is a rollercoaster like no other. But these two are everything. Unwavering love and devotion, it was palpable through the pages.
This series would not be the same without the whole slew of Potter brothers, Their epic leading ladies and of course our dark lord of sarcasm and cigarettes, Remmington. They give so much personality to the pages and never fail to make me crazy, have me laughing so damn hard and making me love them even when I want to throttle them. They truly are the best bunch, and this story only makes that even more abundantly obvious.
What a ride. No joke I went through 6382629 stages of crazy and left feeling breathless and like I was having a breakdown. This story is everything you want and need in a second chance romance. It's heartbreakingly raw and tragic. It's both ugly and beautiful and its very much full circle in a way that will leave you feeling so happy you could burst. I felt it all.
Now I'm sat here patiently waiting for Remmington's book feeling very destressed it's not here already because I need to know that man's story. I need to know the woman that's going to take him on. I NEED IT. I NEED TO KNOW.
This book isn't even out yet but still I need him. NOW.
..
Duke and Ramsey are everything I never knew I needed, and I wish I could read them for the first time all over again. Their story gives phenomenal character development and next level world building. I am in awe of the way this series has unravelled and just how perfectly it has come together thus far. Now we just need the missing piece. It will absolutely be worth the wait. Kristy just never disappoints.
