Empowering
As I started listening to this book, it was so relatable. I am a Mom of 4 kids and the first few chapters hooked me because I have experienced many of the issues covered in the book since having children. Especially the part about jumping on the trampoline. This book has provided a lot of hope for me. I am definitely adding the pelvic floor exercises, yoga poses and breathing deep into the belly exercises into my daily routine. Great guide to understanding and improving pelvic health.

Break the Silence
I appreciate that the author put together this book, as it is needed in today's world for women! Women are taught to be silent about their pelvic pain and end up carrying around unnecessary shame and guilt. This book unmasks this fact and shows women that they do not need to carry unnecessary shame & guilt around, as women's bodies carry all of life's muck in the womb area, which then can also manifest into chronic pelvic pain. It goes over how the use of yoga can help release trapped emotions, helps you to understand pelvic dysfunction/pain, and so much more. This is a fantastic resource & I highly recommend it.

Useful exercise to improve women's health
I believe it is important for women to know how improving pelvic floor stength will help with women's health. Especially for women who have given birth or women experiencing menopause, you probably know what I mean. I am very fortunate that when I was supporting other women who gave birth, we could openly discuss any matters without feeling any shame that this book relates to. I had a good experience in promoting women's health, and I wish other women could also get the support they need. This book provides a good discussion on helping women to be confident about themself and provides resources to help women strengthen their pelvic area. I believe doing relevant yoga exercises is one of the best ways. I like the book comes with a file that shows the Yogo pose so that it is easier to understand and follow.
