This is going to have to be a RETURN for me.
I had to force myself to listen to the first 3 Chapters which are essentially a condescending lecture on healthy eating. I think most parents purchasing this book understand that there is a problem, that's why you buy the book.
Then you finally get to the solutions section, and they're...very average.
Sounds like the half-baked advice I get from in-laws, sorry.
