Amazing

Life changing!
John honesty and articulation is game changing in prompting you to think differently and understand yourself! One of the best audiobooks I’ve listened too in terms of content, size and narration!

Just what I needed
I'm wanting to break my unhealthy relationship habits and have a better relationship with myself. This book helped; no-nonsense and very practical. I couldn't stop listening and may well listen to it again.
