Keep Your Brain Sharp for Good!
If you want to stay mentally sharp as long as possible, this audiobook’s for you. “Cognitive Longevity” is an actual science and according to the author, there are ways to tap into it to keep your memory, focus and thinking sharp. This audiobook shows you how by giving you “tools” to develop peak cognitive performance. Did you know the “feel good” brain chemical, Dopamine, is habit-forming and digital providers use it to their advantage. Too much can lead to digital overload and “hijack” your brain leading to mental fog and lack of clarity. Perhaps the best part of the audiobook is the 30-day program to improve memory and focus. I’ve just started that part, so I can’t comment on its effectiveness, but if it’s like the rest of the book, I’ll come out of this as sharp as a tack.
