Summary

He walked into school on his first day and owned it. I guess that's what happens when you're a prick, rich, and you're best friends with the ruling school's king. Also didn't hurt that he's drop-dead gorgeous.

That's all fine. I mean, I have nothing to do with them. I'm a loner, invisible, and that's how I wanted it to be. I was even proud of it, until I wasn't. Until I saw a girl kneel before him. Until I couldn't look away. Until he caught me watching.

His name is Blaise Devroe. My name is Aspen Monson. He only knew how to get, command, and demand attention. I knew how to do everything but that.

And this is our story.

Tijan does it again

Totally loved aspen and braise. Good story and characters and it flowed showed the growing relationship they have as it grows into love. Confessions are made on both side and they help each other through. The narrators both did excellent job love Lee Samuels

Funny, Sexy & Cute

I loved the inner turmoil Aspen had with herself. This was definitely an unexpected love i found for the two main characters, their journey of discovery, hurt and healing. I enjoyed every chapter.

A must for all Tijan fans - I loved it

It’s not secret that I’m a huge Tijan fan, and of course anything Fallen Crest, and although Rich Prick is a complete standalone, there are quite a few references to the Fallen Crest crew and their family and friends. I loved how it tied in to previous books, and fans of Fallen Crest will recognise Aspen’s surname (Monson), yes that’s correct, she’s Nate’s little sister. Blaise Devore too, has links to all the crew, and yes pun intended, and yes the title of the book fits perfectly, he’s also much more than that. In fact both Aspen and Blaise have had their fair share of trauma growing up, and therein lies their problems with their family, because, yes, it all boils down to family in the end. I loved the interactions between Blaise and Aspen, they were always so true and meaningful, and let’s face it Blaise has quite the temper, he holds grudges, and he hardly ever lets anyone into his inner circle, but he’s a teddy bear when it comes to Aspen, and I just loved that. A beautiful, highly emotional, high school drama that I could not get enough of. Even with all his baggage, Blaise is a firm favourite in my book boyfriend list of ‘yes please’. I adored him and his honesty and protectiveness of those he loved. Lee Samuels narrated Blaise perfectly, he’s new to me, and definitely someone I’ll be looking up. As always Grace Grant was just complete and utter perfection. I’ve never heard her narrate a bad book.

Disappointing on so many levels

Story line was predictable, language poor. The announcement of the two many characters names at the beginning of each chapter annoying. I purchased this on a whim as it was part of a special offer - I won’t be buying another from this author or publishing house as it comes across as an American version of teenage Mills and Boon 😩
