I learned about my Vagus Nerve!
To be honest, prior to listening to this I knew very little about the Vagus nerve....and now I am kind of obsessed with it! The author does a great job of explaining all about it and how we can use it to help calm oursleves down, rduce our stress, and imporove our overall health. I found the directions were well explained and very easy to understand. Do yourself a favor and give this a listen.

I was thrilled to find a book about the vagus nerve and really enjoyed it.
