I strongly recommend an electronic version. I love being able to utilize all of the additional resources the authors link to in the book, which is made easier when listening it on my phone. It is also such a wonderful book to have available at any time of the day. The brief exercises are perfect for a break in the day and are easily digestible as I begin to work these exercises into my hectic life.

I like how practical this book is. It also provides useful resources for each habit such as Apps, Ted Talks and so on. Fabulous book and a great way to de-stress enjoy life more fully! Many practical tips are given to incorporate into our daily routine to help us cope & live happily. I loved it!
