The background music was so relaxing and dreamy as well, it reminded us (as I was listening too). There is no better way to relax than listening to this book narrated in such a soothing voice.

The narrator was very soothing and effective as she guided the meditation time. It was refreshing to listen to the cooling meditation chapter. The author wrote in incredibly vivid language that transported me to a gurgling stream with fresh, cool water.
