Anya Gage has learned that to get anything good in life, you have to work for it. She has no expectations, no dreams. I loved this book when I read it. Listening to it whilst reading or just listening in the car I thoroughly enjoyed it either way. The narrator has great expression and complimented the story even more. Knight and Anna are a highly enjoyable couple to read and listen to. I love this book and now the audible version has just enhanced my experience.

This book is everything I needed. With a big buff Alpha that knows what he wants in a woman and in his bed, this hero is perfect. A fantastic performance.

I enjoyed this book as it paves the way for the other three books in the series so a recommended read if you want to read more Kristin Ashley for you addicts out there! This book is good. A decisive breakaway from Ashley's normal book formula as her hero's (alpha males) are much darker and have suffered more difficult pasts. They also combat the new trend - touching into the fifty shades psyche but it is not a main component in the book. Whilst I love Ashley's books, I would not say this is her strongest story (although if you bare through it, the other three books get better and better...). I also found the nicknames for the characters annoying as halfway through the protagonists starts calling Knight (her man) "Daddy" which after saying it constantly becomes more and more cringe-able. Although overall it is a good performance and worth the time for the impact it has on the rest of the series... my favourite is Deacon.

Interesting and entertaining... Very well narrated!! Always really enjoy the dialogue in Ashley's books! I have tried a few other authors in this genre, but always keep coming back to her and happily repeat read most of her series...

Knight is my favourite Kristen Ashley man so I put off listening to it as I didn't want *my* Knight ruined. I didn't need to worry, Savannah did a great job.

Kristen is a wonderful story teller and her books create people and places so well. With this book she demonstrates how an image can hide the depth of a soul and remind us to look beyond the visible.

Thank you for bringing love to even the darkest corners.

Oh my word!!! What can I say, I really loved, loved this book. Kristen Ashleys books have lots of character and humour. It was my first time to listen to Savannah Richards narrative. She is magnifique. Totally loved it. Thank you Kristen Ashley, You are the best.

Yep, Knight is right up there with Deacon, Tac and all the other amazing K.A alpha males. I love everyone of them and I know I will listen to Knight more than once!
