if you only read one book, make it this one. It might not make you change your diet, but it will certainly make you see what you eat in a new light.

The message is clear from the beginning, cut down on your meat and dairy intake and increase you plant based whole grain diet. Quite a large book to read from cover to cover but as a reference book it's full of interesting medical and dietary advice to live a healthy longer life. My only gripe is that the audio book doesn't have chapter titles so it's difficult to return to chapters of interest.

Since reading this book I have overhaulled my life. After only a few weeks of changing my diet I have noticed that I feel so much better, both mentally and physically. I enjoy my meals, feel full and have lots more energy. As a bonus I've even lost a few pounds.

There is so much to take in with this, so I bought the book and listened to it on Audible. Some of it I fast forwarded, but he reads it in such an interesting way without 'judgement' if you can't do the perfect diet, that it is really addictive! I'm a bit of a convert and keep spouting bits of info at people !

Really enjoyed this and was already considering serious changes to my diet and this sealed the deal. I expected this could have been a difficult listen because of the subject matter, but Dr Gregor delivered a great vocal performance often with good humour and without preaching. The gist is, 'try and eat healthier, here is the (utterly compelling) evidence/ sources, now make up your own mind.'

For those complaining about there being no PDF, you need to sign in to the Audible website to download it. A quick google found me this:
