Listened to this whilst I was cleaning and cooking and keeping busy (ironically). Amazing book - thought provoking, honest, real. Great advice but also helps you with the "how" part - putting the advice into practice. Going to listen again and have bought the hard copy!

Don’t get me wrong, I really like Fearne Cotton. However this book drones on a little bit too much about childbirth and being a mum I think it could’ve been much more full of practical tips rather than dwelling on the obstacles that we meet in life which is pretty obvious anyway because if you hadn’t met them you probably wouldn’t be reading this book!All in all I probably wouldn’t recommend it simply because I didn’t feel particularly uplifted until right at the end. I would however recommend her journal that goes with this it’s a daily journal and its full of lots of lovely short journaling reflections which really help you Centre on your mindset And appreciate the good things in life!

This book is so easy to listen to and so relatable. Would definitely recommend this. From a 41 yr old single mum of two, who feels a little lost.

Loved this Audio Fearne's voice is so calming. Yes, the pdf is difficult with an audio book I did print some of it and it was huge but I didn't end up using it but that really doesn't matter I love her idea with this. Even without It I got everything I needed.
