very surprised at the effectiveness of this
this works surprisingly well for my 8yr old who has adhd and asperger's syndrome, he really loves the first meditation and after a bedtime story he snuggles down to listen to this fella's calming voice, I stay with him and it helps me relax to actually!

Causes nightmares not relaxed sleep in children
I downloaded for my 7 year old who is very used to guided meditations.
Unfortunately the narrators voice is quite spooky (her words) / a little sinister (my words). I can see what he’s attempting to do however for this age range it was not a calming or reassuring voice at all.
Whilst I am well versed in the hypnotic language and stories, for her she was distracted by trying to work out the flow of the content.
This may work outside of the UK market and for older children however we’ll stick with ‘Relax Kids’ for now which I can’t recommend highly enough for younger children.
