Love this book and the others in the series. Dr Tom telling the story makes the tales come to life. I want to visit all the places he does as what he makes me picture in my mind is wonderful. His medical tales are really interesting, and well balanced between the hilarious and the serious.

I loved this book as much as the first. The author has an easy listening style in both the writing and narration, and a knack of putting a humorous slant on his many adventures. Can’t wait for the next instalment.
