Inspired - Educate - Motivate
Really easy to listen to book and it has Inspired me to reconsider the choices I take and simple things, not drastic so easy to make changes.
I would consider myself to be well read in the health space but Silvana has Educated me and I have learnt new things about food and sleep.
This is the second book I have read of Silvana's I love her style of writing, I feel like I am having a one to one counselling session with her.

Just what I was looking for!!
This is second book I got from this author. Once again, amazing content. Lots of tips from having the right mindset to understanding how and why you should try to live a healthy and balanced life.
I have tried many diets over the years but I always put the weight back on. This book is helping me to work on my mindset as well as my body. It is helpful to know why I think the way I do which in turn helps me to make the right choices when it come diet and exercise.
I would recommend this book to anyone who is on the journey for a better healthier lifestyle!

Some great advice!
The author provides some great information and unique advice. I particularly love the narrator’s voice, it’s so relaxing. Perfect for listening to a quick chapter before bed!

This book is full of SO MUCH VALUE. Seriously I don't think you need any other book if you want to lose weight. This book has it all. Everything from mindset to action steps, this book will give you exactly the steps you need in order to get your eating lifestyle in order. 10/10 would recommend!

An amazing approach!
I really, really like the approach this book has taken! It doesn’t focus on dieting, painful deprivations or calorie counting at all, but the exact opposite!
This book puts emphasis on a more holistic approach, your own happiness and contentment as well as understanding your body, and making it your home.
It focuses on ways to build a great relationship with the food you eat, instead of feeling guilty. You learn to appreciate healthy food and all the amazing ways healthy food supports and nourishes the body.
And there is so much more! I so wish more weight loss books focused on love and self care and being gentle with yourself, like this one. It’s truly amazing!

JUST LISTENED TO THIS FOR THE SECOND TIME...
This book is very well written with keen observations, simple explanations and pragmatic solutions on how to lead a healthier and happier life versus just another diet book churned out that focuses on losing weight. Silvana has extensive experience as a Nutritionist and Coach and this really comes through. Great audiobook, brilliant content, well delivered so top marks.

Very intresting ideas
I've always struggled with my weight my entire life. Throughout school years I'd turn to food for emotional support, and once in college, I'd try to start working out. I've never been one for going to the gym (too self-conscious) and would try to do workouts at home. I've tried almost every diet fad and nutrition plan under the sun. In this audiobook though, I learned a couple of interesting things not mentioned in any other book. Would recommend to people who are sick and tired of diets. Definitely very powerful long term!

Amazing, powerful system! So simple to follow
This book gets a 10/10 from me because it is SUSTAINABLE. A lot of weight loss methods out there involve getting in great shape but don't allow you to get there in a sustainable way that doesn't feel short-term. Silvana Siskov's approach is one that I can see myself following for years without even needing to think about it, because it's so easy to implement :)
