I didn't receive a free copy like all the other reviewers...but that's OK:)

Content wise, this book/survival guide is pretty decent and has a lot of good information. I've found some of it very interesting and have taken notes while I listened. It is a bit "alarmist" in places, and talks about "when" nuclear war happens not "if." Giving details about what raises the risk without much credit being given to what lowers the risk. But in fairness most of these books are like that, and it was still interesting nonetheless. I liked the section on kit and what to stockpile, plus there is some good advice on shelters and how to protect yourself. I would have liked a bit more on the different types of radiation, pentrating factors and materials - but you can easily get the information online so it's not a glaring ommission. Overall, what it does tell you seems pretty accurate and useful.

The narration however is done by AI and not a person. I wasn't aware of this when purchasing but you'll realise pretty soon that the voice isn't quite right. The AI pauses at times during words, such as "U.S.S......R" with a pause between the S and the R. There are other examples like "missle defense....system" where you hear a pause, and at times even during single words with pauses between syllables. It's a good AI voice-over most of the time, it just falters and can be distracting.

Overall, good but could have been done a tad better.

Due to the fact that this planet has already been through two world wars, it is imperative that everyone should be ready with all of the necessities to endure the impending nuclear war and be able to save their families and loved ones. Simply said, it serves as a roadmap for taking preventative action against a few different eventualities.
You are going to be educated on the several stages that are going to be linked with a nuclear bomb, the kind of shelter that everyone might require, as well as some vital directions.

To live in present and forthcoming difficult times, you must read this book. Unfortunately, the world has just experienced its most difficult years, and as we can see, things are not likely to get better any time soon.
Fortunately, I now have this incredible tool that will help me navigate even the worst-case scenario after listening to this book!
As I listened to the book's narration, the author discussed the Ukraine War, its nuclear effects, and other topics. As I listened, I wished the author had also written about the former Pakistani Prime Minister, Mr. Imran Khan, whose government was overthrown in a coup because he stood up for his country's interests and opposed its corrupt elite. Despite Pakistan being a nuclear state, Mr. Khan is there by himself and is being attacked everywhere because of his corrupt army and corrupt authorities.
To return to the subject of this book, I must urge everyone to purchase and listen to it since Mr. Esmelin Mendoza has done an excellent job of assisting people to survive a nuclear attack. It was nicely narrated too and I would definitely wait for more books from this author

Having seen the state of the world lately, seeing all the bad that is happening, I started to become more interested in how to prepare for a nuclear war and this audible was fascinating. The audible goes through in detail the various stages and it even tells you how to make a nuclear fallout shelter in your home - a much needed bit of advice considering how fragile the world is at the moment. Well narrated, informative and much needed listen to anyone else wanting to prepare for the possibility of a nuclear war!

This was the first survival book I read/listened to and it certainly was interesting. There is a lot of great info on nuclear wars and nuclear bombs and how to prepare and supply yourself with the necessities to survive. The content is easy to read and understand, even for someone like me who is completely new to the topic. It's crazy to think how close we are to an actual nuclear war happening but it's calming to know we have the right resources like this book to be as prepared as possible!

I love this book!! it provides all the information you need to build a safe shelter for you and your family in case of nuclear war happens. And it gives you the tools you need to prepare yourself and succeed in surviving.

What I liked the most about this audiobook is that even though it discusses a scary topic, it assures you that with preparation and learning, you will survive. It's such an inspiring audiobook, and the value it proves saves real lives.
Highly recommended, and great effort from the author and the narrator.

I highly recommend this book! The narration will keep you hooked from the very beginning. This book is awesome. The author details the types of shelters that are useable in case such a tragic and horrendous event were to happen. The author provides great strategies throughout the book for survival. The narrative is easy to understand and potentially put into practice. This is a must listen.

While it's scary to think about a nuclear war happening, we seem to be closer to this reality than ever. So while the topic of this book might be a little terrifying, the advice and guidance is both practical and potentially necessary. I do hope that we don't get to this point, but from this book I feel that I know the write tools, supplies, and advice to properly protect both myself and my loved ones in the event of a nuclear war. Definitely would recommend this one.

This book is excellent for learning the risk of a nuclear war. The author provides both practical and scientific information that will help you survive a nuclear crisis. You might not imagine the possibilities that the world has of nuclear war, which gives a little fear.

The book gives you all the information that we need to know if a nuclear war occurred, how to plan an escape to how to continue life, and gives step by step, that will guide us all the way through the book. You will learn a lot from this well-researched book.

This book is awesome. I love survival books, that is why I got this one, and the detail the author put in made it an insane page-turner. My favorite part of the book was the different types of shelters that you can use. Of course, a nuclear attack is a horrible thing, but there is always ways to prepare for such a potential event.
