loved this audiobook, it was a slow story but got me through my night shifts, I loved the depth of the characters as it went into each chapter. ver well rounded!

I have enjoyed this book a lot, made me giggle on several occasions. Lots of funny twists and near misses. I agree that the ending felt a little bit rushed bit still very enjoyable book. Karen Cass was as always brilliant as a narrator.

I’ve listened to audiobook by the author.. this like the others left Me frustrated by the many many near misses. Moreover, The main characters only get few minutes of the story actually together.. only to the very end do they get to reunite.

A definite page turner initially but lost it’s way somewhat! It ended quite quickly,almost like an afterthought..... I’ve read several of Carole Matthews books and enjoyed them but there was just something missing with this one.
