I’m definitely glad I bought it, as it does include things I didn’t know. What is different is that Ben explains, in easy to understand terms, all the scientific research. He’s done all the hard work research wise so that we don’t have to! I find his voice soothing and easy to listen to too. If you’re wondering, my advice is to buy it.
