Fascinating. Practical. Engaging. Relevant. This is a book that I will come back to again and again. Strongly recommend you listen to this with a notebook to hand and print the relevant PDFs (link on Audible or the authors' website) and make sure you are able to pause and do the writing exercises. Everyone should listen to this and work through the exercises.

I live the premise but felt it was pretty rudimentary and could have provided some more ways to apply not just to career but overall life. It does do that but seemed a little too focused on work and job. I think I realised that one more suited to founders would be better

Thought I already knew the bulk of what this book was going to say having watched a few talks on the subject from the authors. Really glad I listened to it anyways because it offered so much more insight! Really worth the read!
