Wonderful audio-book

Most of the audio-books that I like is, easy to understand and very clear. this simple guide helped me to learn how do I retrain my brain and mind.Most of the time, we just rely to ourselves to fix or solve something. But now, because of enough knowledge given by this book about depression and anxiety I can now help others and myself.

I'm very grateful for this book

I'm very grateful for this book because it cured my beloved child. My son is 19 years old, I do not think he was hit by depression. I only knew that he was having a depression when I saw the symptoms of depression. I've seen the symptoms of depression based on his actions and movements so I'm really sad.

This audible saved my life

Stepping out from depression is not easy as many of us think. They thought it was a joke. What has led to this condition is one of the most difficult problems I've experienced. I am very grateful because it really helped me how to overcome the depression. I would like to recommend it.
