What to say to yourself

A book that get to the point. I highly recommend anyone looking to improve there way they see themselves!!

A timeless book. I will be using it over and over agin. Loved every thing about it. Dr Chad is a genius is explaining what exactly is going on and how we can reprogram aware awareness permanently of negativity that prevents use from living the life we so wish and deserve to live. I personally can relate to exactly what he often refers to regarding aware lack of awareness of what we have been programmed to believe that affects us negatively.

My Greatest thanks to Dr Chad for this truly wonderful insight to helping making long lasting changes!! 🙌

A good insight

Good book with lots of positive advice, but likes to mention the app too many times in my opinion.

Important practice for someone like me

Gets a bit repetitive but the advice is great and important for someone with a negative internal dialogue and critical mind

Crucial read!!

If there is anything in your life you want to change it must start with an internal change. The most internal thing about ourselves is not simply about who we are. It starts with what we say to and about ourselves. This book is invaluable in unpacking the importance of self talk and givinguu your practical tools to enact change. There is no swearing or inappropriate language making it a fantastic audiobook to listen with the kids
