very good track , feel calm and relaxed. do get a bit of resistance from the mind , so might be a good idea to practice some meditation also.

I’ve had in months. I decided to listen before bed ( I normally wake 5x a night ) And I slept so well. All I remember was Glenn’s voice bouncing from one ear to the other! At one point I actually thought he was physically in my head.


I’ll update my review once Ive taken the session during the day!
