The whole chair yoga concept - it's brilliant because anyone can do it, whether you're nursing a bad knee or bouncing back from surgery. Love this listen! Great guide for gentle and effective yoga poses for older adults. My favorite is that they are under 10 minutes. In this busy world its easy to excuse doing the things we should due to time, but this removes all excuses. Yoga is so awesome for helping with breathing, mindfulness, and body motion.
