not for the faint of heart

It's probably tempting to listen to the audio all the way through; that won't help you at all. You have to do the work. It's not about learning something from the book, it's about plumbing your own depths. You have to stop the audio and think/write down from the prompts. If you are willing to do that, this is a life changing audio program.

A Must-Have for Self-Discovery!

Its one of the books that you will return to often and want to take your time with (and enjoy the process) and I found the journal prompts especially helpful and for the first time in ages I enjoyed - and understood the point of the self reflection. The guidance on emotional management and dealing with past traumas really struck a chord. Plus, the narration is excellent – it feels like you’re having a conversation with a wise friend. Highly recommend for anyone serious about personal growth!
