Yvette Ricard was born and raised in Baton Rouge, LA. Yvette loves to read, so it was natural for her to start writing. Yvette published her first novel Burying My Secret: Escort, in 2015. After many years of writing and putting her writing career on hold, she has self-published ten books. Yvette mostly writes erotic novels, yet she's also become a mystery and sci-fi writer. "I love crime and thrillers." Yvette currently resides in Northern California (Bay Area) and works in the Legal Field; her biggest dream, besides becoming a self-publised author, is to become a Lawyer. When Yvette isn't at home watching ID Channel, she works full-time and reads and writes when time permits. She also attends church, enjoys visiting beaches, participating in 5k runs, and listening to music.
